Yes. The Merritt Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 42-4081956), and your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Can I direct my gift to a specific cause?
Yes. Every gift supports one of the foundation's four causes: opioid recovery, protecting children, public safety, or economic opportunity. Choose the cause above before selecting an amount.
Can I set up a recurring donation?
Yes, our donation platform supports monthly and other recurring gift options.
